If the purchase was made within 14 days, from the date ordered, customers are legally allowed to return the product and receive a full refund, these terms will be adhered to UNLESS , product is returned NOT in the condition it was originally sold in, packaging must be returned also,  no tampering or deliberate harm of use to the product.
