Sales & Ordering

Payment terms - Accepted forms of payment are , 

Online payments in full via our website & third party companies such as paypal (Pay in 3 / credit)

Order Confirmation

Once a customer has made a purchase we will process and package your order on the day of purchase. Customers will be notified once payment has been made.

Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be delivered by a courier service (main providers) and customers should expect to receive their purchase within 3 - 5 working days. If for any reason the courier service have any issues meeting these requirements they will inform the customer as part of the contract agreement they have with us.

Returns & Exchange

If the purchase was made within 14 days, from the date ordered, customers are legally allowed to return the product and receive a full refund, these terms will be adhered to UNLESS , product is returned NOT in the condition it was originally sold in, packaging must be returned also,  no tampering or deliberate harm of use to the product. (Please speak to a member of our team if you need to know if your eligible for a full refund)​
